MFL Teacher (Spanish)
Job description
Teaching Personnel is excited to support a well-regarded secondary school in Ashford, Kent with the recruitment of an enthusiastic and skilled MFL Spanish Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and engage students in learning the Spanish language and culture across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering dynamic Spanish lessons that develop students’ language skills, cultural awareness, and confidence in communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Use engaging teaching methods to encourage speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Monitor and assess student progress in line with school and exam board expectations.

Contribute to curriculum development and extracurricular language activities.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
-
Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) with UK QTS is essential.

Degree in Spanish, Modern Languages, or related field.

Experience teaching Spanish at secondary level.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.
-
A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
