Job description

A welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Salisbury is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Modern Foreign Languages teacher to join their team from October 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher of French and Spanish to make a real impact in a supportive and ambitious school environment.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-resourced MFL department with a strong focus on high-quality teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to teach both French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4

  • Be a dynamic and reflective practitioner with a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Have a strong classroom presence and the ability to inspire and motivate students

  • Work well as part of a collaborative team and be keen to contribute to the wider school community
