Modern Foreign Languages Teacher – September Start
Location: Schools across Northampton
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £115 - £251 per day (dependent on experience and role responsibilities)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher ready to inspire the next generation of linguists? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic MFL specialists to join our team for exciting opportunities in secondary schools across Northampton, starting September 2025.

We are looking for teachers with the ability to deliver engaging lessons in French, Spanish, or German (any combination) at KS3 and KS4. Whether you are an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we want to hear from you!

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Specialism in one or more modern foreign languages

  • A passion for languages and cultural education

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Commitment to raising achievement and promoting a love of learning
