Job description

MFL Teacher (Spanish) – Bolton – October 2025 Start

We are seeking a fully qualified MFL Teacher specialising in Spanish to join a successful secondary school in Bolton from October 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to deliver high-quality language lessons and inspire a love of Spanish among students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Spanish across Key Stages.

  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress in line with school policies.

  • Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum and resources.

  • Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in MFL (Spanish).

  • Proven experience teaching Spanish at secondary level.

  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for languages.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
