Maths Tutor

Maths Tutor required to help support secondary school pupils in the Oldham area, to help raise their current level to the national standard or assist them with their exam preparations.

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of secondary schools and the local council in Oldham who have requested additional Maths tuition for their KS3 and GCSE pupils. This is a great opportunity for either a Maths Teacher or a Maths Graduate to gain further employment around their current schedule whilst earning up to £25 an hour on a flexible basis.

Whilst tutoring through Teaching Personnel you will be making a real difference at a very important part of these young people's lives as you help further develop their Maths knowledge and increase their chances of achieving high GCSE results as well as increasing their career prospects in the future. You will be required to support a wide range of students from KS3 to GCSE level at a variety of locations, whether this is a KS3 pupil within one of our client schools, a GCSE pupil after school at their home, or a Looked After Child who requires additional support.

  • Flexible working hours available as a Maths Tutor, either as a Maths Teacher or Maths Graduate
  • Working within a number of secondary schools in the Oldham area, or if the need arises, within the pupils home under supervision of their parent/carer.
  • Get paid up to £25 per hour, dependent on your experience and qualifications and the responsibilities of the role.
  • Opportunity for further development through Teaching Personnel's CPD courses.
