Future Teachers - Maths Grad Role - Get Paid to Train

Do you have a passion for Maths and are you considering a career within teaching?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a secondary school in the West London area who want to add a Maths teaching assistant to their support staff team on a temporary basis.

“As we aim to improve our results in Maths this year and give pupils extra support, we are looking for a Maths teaching assistant as soon as possible. This would be working full time, supporting pupils in small groups and on an individual basis, ideally of a graduate background with a degree in Maths or similar, the Maths teaching assistant will be an asset to our team and help teachers give pupils a great chance to achieve their potential”, Head of Maths.

- Maths teaching assistant in the Ealing area.

- Open to graduates with a strong background in Maths

- Previous experience tutoring or working as a TA desirable

- Large secondary school situated in West London

- Full time teaching assistant work in a supportive environment

- IDEAL for aspiring secondary teachers (PGCE/Teach-First/Schools Direct)

Located west of London, with excellent transport links, this is a large mixed secondary school with great facilities and a diverse mix of pupils on roll. The school has circa 1000 students on roll and has a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating.

The school’s main ethos is to be ‘outstanding in every respect’ through the constant drive for excellence across the school. Their core drive is to ensure that the school provides an outstanding education and excellent opportunities for all local students. Working as a Maths teaching assistant will be extremely rewarding for any aspiring teachers, previous experience as a tutor or teaching assistant is desirable however not essential.
