Maths Teacher needed asap in Pontefract Secondary School

If so, my Secondary client school in the Pontefract area are looking for a strong and enthusiastic Maths teacher on a long-term full time basis immediately!

I am currently looking to recruit a dedicated and highly knowledgeable Maths teacher to start a long-term role immediately at a Secondary school in the WF8 area of Pontefract. This role is initially until the February half-term break with a strong possibility of extending until the Easter holidays. You will be required to plan and mark full-time collaboratively with the supportive Maths department.

An ideal candidate will have:

- A UK recognised teaching qualification or equivalent

- Experience teaching Maths at a variety of levels including 9 - 1 GCSE

- A friendly, creative approach to teaching

- Good behaviour management skills

- An ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.

This secondary school are the head of a multi academy trust boasting two 11-16 secondary schools and 8 primary school around the local WF8 area. This creates a lot of opportunities across the trust to gain a potentially permanent role for the right candidate. My secondary client school is very easily commutable with great public transport routes.
