Teacher of Mathematics – Darlington

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maths Teacher
• Starting February 2020, lasting until the end of the academic term 
• Teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths as a subject specialist
• Development and improvement of Maths resources within the department
• Willingness to participate in the school’s extra-curricular programme
• Could earn from GBP110-GBP180 per day

The Essentials:

• Must be available for full time work from after Febraury half-term 2020
• Must have QTS – both experienced teachers and NQTs are welcome to apply
• Must have suitable school-based references
• Must have or be willing and able to apply for a fully enhanced DBS certificate

Specifics:

You will be asked to teach KS3 and KS4 Mathematics. This will range across all abilities and you may be asked to teach some intervention groups. The school behaviour is generally very good however; at times you may be required to manage some challenging pupils. They are looking for someone to work 5 days/week until summer
