Maths Teacher or Maths NQT

Due to a gap in department we are currently seeking a Maths NQT or more experienced Maths Teacher to join the school with immediate effect. This is a full time position from January which would involve teaching Maths to both KS3 and GCSE level as well as including full departmental responsibilities of planning and marking.

Our client school is a large modern Secondary School in the Melksham area. There has recently been a massive refurbishment within the school, which is reflected in the improvements made in the school. With state of the art facilities and a strong supportive Maths department this is a perfect opportunity for any Maths NQT seeking an introduction to their first position, or a more experienced Maths teacher seeking a new challenge for the academic year. 

Due to a gap in the Maths department we urgently require a Maths NQT or Maths Teacher to join our client school on a full time basis from January 2020. They will be required to teach Maths to KS3 and GCSE level and will involve full department responsibilities including planning and marking. We require a passionate teacher who is dedicated to delivering interactive lessons and raising attainment through engaging and inspiring learning.” 

Duties Include:

• Planning and delivering lesson plans for mixed ability groups with the aim of raising attainment throughout the department
• Evaluating performance of pupils and putting in place plans for their development
• Full departmental responsibilities of planning and marking
• Collaborate with pupils, parents and other staff in the department to maximise all pupils potential
