We are looking for a passionate and adaptable Maths Teacher to start in the September term for local secondary schools in Middlesbrough.

The Role

• Deliver engaging Math lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Differentiate learning to support students of varying abilities and backgrounds
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams to promote positive outcomes for students
• Uphold high standards of behaviour, engagement, and academic progress

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status
• ECTs/NQTs are very welcome
• Has previous experience teaching maths, ideally within a secondary setting
• Confident classroom presence and strong subject knowledge
• An up-to-date DBS or the willingness to get one
• Satisfactory background screening

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
