About the Role

As a full-time Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students to build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging Maths lessons
• Teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
• Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all students
• Assessing, tracking, and monitoring pupil progress
• Preparing students for GCSE examinations
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Contributing to the wider success of the Maths department and school

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Has experience teaching Maths at secondary level
• Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics
• Can inspire and engage learners of all abilities
• Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Is reliable, proactive, and committed to raising attainment

This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
