About the Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5), helping students to build confidence and achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all students
- Assessing, tracking and reporting on student progress
- Preparing students for GCSE examinations
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contributing to the wider life of the school and department
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching Maths at secondary level
- Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
- Can motivate and engage students of all abilities
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
- Is committed, reliable and a strong team player
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
