Maths Teacher - Chesterfield- September 2019 START
A medium sized, mixed academy have an open vacancy within their Maths department from September. The school wish to appoint a teacher of Maths on a full time basis for the Autumn term initially, with the opportunity to gain a permanent post from January 2020.
Our client Secondary School, located in the heart of Chesterfield has consistently achieved grades above the national average in English and Mathematics, and due to recent refurbishments, the successful teacher of Maths will have access to state of the art facilities.
Job highlights:
- Full time Maths teaching position, KS3 and GCSE
- Both experienced and newly qualified teachers welcome to apply
- Pay in line with teaching scale point (£550 - £800 per week)
- Full support from Head of Faculty
- Collaborative planning across the department
The Head of Faculty wishes to meet interested teachers at the earliest convenience. It is essential that the successful Maths Teacher can provide evidence of outstanding practice throughout previous employment.
With fewer than 1500 pupils on roll, the school is medium - large Secondary School. The ethos of the school aims to ensure that each pupil receives an inclusive education.
