Maths Intervention Tutor

Exciting opportunity to support pupils across Key stage and GCSE within the Maths department.

• Full-time Maths Intervention Assistant – part time negotiable.
• Role available from September 2020, for the full academic year.
• Supporting students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis who require extra support with Mathematics.
• Earn up to GBP360 per week, dependent on experience.
• Opportunity to work in a ‘Good’ Ofsted graded school.

Working as a Mathematics Intervention assistant you will be supporting students, aged 11-16, who require extra support with Mathematics. You will be expected to incorporate inventions to aid the student’s attainment with the hopes of raising their progress and increasing their grades.

To be considered for this role, previous experience of working with children and young people is required. Any direct experience with Maths or relevant qualifications will be highly transferrable.

Our client school is based in Salford and can be accessed via the M62/A580 from surrounding areas such as Bolton and central Manchester, for those who have their own transportation. For non-drivers, there are several forms of public transport with links to the surrounding areas of Salford.
