Key Responsibilities:

• Support Maths teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Work with students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to boost confidence and progress

• Provide intervention support to pupils preparing for GCSE Maths

• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom resources, and progress tracking

• Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• A recent graduate in Maths or a related subject (2:2 or above)

• Passionate about education and helping young people succeed

• Strong communicator, organised, and confident in supporting learners of varying abilities

• Experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential
