Mathematics Teacher - Northumberland

The Head Teacher of a Faith Secondary School seeks to appoint a Mathematics Teacher from November 2019. If you are a Maths Teacher with recent experience of teaching to GCSE standard then I would like to hear from you.

The School is based in Central Northumberland and the position consists of mainly KS3 Mathematics with some KS4 lessons on the timetable. Behaviour with the school is generally very good however; there are a couple of challenging pupils. There is a positive, supportive environment within the School and they are currently in the process of responding to a ‘Requires improvement’ Ofsted rating.

This position will initially be from November 11^th 2019 until July 2020, the successful Teacher will be required to teach on a full time basis. As part of the Maths team you will have the opportunity to also teach in booster revision sessions and teach interventions.

• Daily pay rates of GBP120-GBP160, paid weekly
• 2.5 terms full time position
• Supportive SLT with a new Head Teacher
• KS3 and GCSE teaching post
