Male PE Teacher Wanted!
Location: Northampton
Pay: £130 to £190 (paid to scale)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting on behalf of one of our Secondary schools in Wellingborough. This is a vibrant and high-achieving school with a strong focus on promoting health and well-being through physical education. Boasting recently refurbished sports facilities and a dedicated PE department, the school fosters a love of sport and a commitment to developing well-rounded young individuals. You will deliver PE to Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a full time PE Teacher role will begin in October be ongoing and full time.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging PE lessons to students across all year groups. This includes:
• Planning and delivering a stimulating PE curriculum that aligns with the National Curriculum for Physical Education.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a passion for physical activity in all students.
• Identifying and nurturing sporting talent, encouraging students to participate in school teams and competitions.
• Contributing to the development of the school's PE curriculum and resources.
Requirments:
- PGCE qualification
- Degree in Physical Education or related field
- Prior experience teaching PE and other subjects in a school setting
- Strong understanding of PE curriculum
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and time-management abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
