Teaching Personnel is looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistants and Nursery Assistants to join our welcoming and supportive early years settings in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified, caring professionals to make a real impact on the lives of children aged 0–11.

Your Role:

1. Support the planning and delivery of fun, creative activities aligned with the EYFS framework
2. Provide high-quality care and individualised support to children
3. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
4. Observe and track children’s progress to help them reach key developmental milestones
5. Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply — we’ll help you with this)
