Hours: Flexible / Ad Hoc
Pay: £100 – £130 per day

Teaching Personnel is looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistants and Nursery Assistants to join our welcoming and supportive early years settings in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified, caring professionals to make a real impact on the lives of children aged 0–11.
Your Role:
- Support the planning and delivery of fun, creative activities aligned with the EYFS framework
- Provide high-quality care and individualised support to children
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and track children’s progress to help them reach key developmental milestones
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply — we’ll help you with this)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
