Teaching Personnel are working with a client primary school in the Longsight area of Manchester (M12) who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in their year 1 class on a full time basis from September. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent and will have recent and relevant experience assisting learning across ks1. To be considered, you will be available on a full time basis and looking for your next long term Teaching Assistant position.

The role is to work in a larger than average, two form entry primary school which was rated 'GOOD' with 'OUSTANDING' features at its last OFSTED inspection. It boasts continuous levels of progression across KS1 and the staff has been praised for their teaching and assessment methods. The school is looking for a level 3 teaching assistant to work in their Year 1 class on a full time basis from September. The ideal candidate will comfortable wit h the KS1 curriculum and will have a sound knowledge of the Letters and Sounds Framework for phonics. The successful applicant may be expected to take full classes in the absence of teachers across KS1.

  • Competitive rates of pay between 11,998 - ÂŁ15,298 Dependant on Experience

The head teacher at the school is looking for a dedicated teaching assistant who will make a difference to the education of the children in their year 1 class. This is a full time teaching opportunity, not to be missed! The opportunity to work onto a school based contract maybe possible for the right person.
