Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Salary: £14.23 - £15 per hour

Start Date: January 2026

About the Role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education
• Work with individuals and small groups to boost learning outcomes
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Provide support for pupils with additional needs, where required

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a primary school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
