Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £77 - £90 (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our teaching staff and ensuring that students receive the best educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Classroom Instruction: Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of lessons, including preparing materials and resources.
- Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance, including those with special educational needs.
- Behaviour Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, managing student behaviour, and helping to resolve conflicts.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assist in evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
- Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, maintaining student records, and organizing classroom materials.
- Participate in Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in education.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Relevant experience working as a teaching assistant in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing classroom needs.
- Dedication to promoting an inclusive and diverse learning environment.
- A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
