Level 3 Teaching Assistant (EYFS Specialist) – Sunderland
Location: Christchurch
Start Date: September 2025
Duration: Ongoing – with potential to go permanent
Pay: Competitive weekly pay (via Teaching Personnel)

Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in Christchurch, seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic TA to support their EYFS setting for the new Academic year.

The Role:

  • Supporting children within an EYFS classroom

  • Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities

  • Promoting a positive learning environment

  • Working closely with the class teacher and wider school staff

  • Supporting individual pupils and small groups where needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)

  • Experience working within an EYFS setting

  • Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks

  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach

  • A team player with great communication skills
