£92.65 – £105 per day (dependent on experience, pro rata for shorter hours)
Start Date: September (start of the new academic year) | Potential to start earlier | Term-time only

Are you a passionate Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a role where you can truly change lives?

We’re working with a warm and inclusive primary school in South Bristol (BS4) seeking a dedicated TA to support pupils with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who thrive with individual attention, consistency, and encouragement.

The Role:
As a valued member of the support team, you will:
✨ Provide 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs
✨ Lead and assist with small group interventions
✨ Support children with a range of needs including SEND, SEMH, and communication difficulties
✨ Assist the class teacher with general classroom support when required
✨ Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

No two days are the same... one moment you could be supporting phonics, the next helping a pupil build confidence and independence!

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
✔️ Experience working with primary-aged children
✔️ A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
✔️ Confidence supporting children 1:1 and in small groups
✔️ A genuine passion for helping every child reach their full potential
