Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Accrington

Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a thriving and supportive secondary school community in Accrington from September 2025.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting young people in their academic, personal and social development. You will play a key role in the classroom, working closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences and provide targeted support to students.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Have experience working with young people in a secondary school or similar educational setting
- Be committed to helping all students reach their full potential
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be flexible, proactive, and a strong team player

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
