What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils across the classroom, in small groups and 1:1
• Helping teachers deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Encouraging and motivating children to reach their full potential
• Assisting with classroom organisation, behaviour management and learning resources
• Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive environment where every child feels valued

What we’d love from you:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent experience working in a primary school setting
• A flexible, positive attitude and the confidence to work across different classes and age groups
• A caring nature and passion for supporting children’s development
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
