Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a friendly and supportive school in Worthing to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a full-time role, starting immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Early Years professional to join a nurturing school environment and make a positive impact on young learners.

The Role:

• Supporting children within the nursery/EYFS setting

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress

• Working collaboratively with staff and parents

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)

• Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting

• A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

Pay & Benefits:

• £89–£100 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
