evel 3 Nursery Practitioner – Part Time (3–4 Days per Week)
Location: Southampton
Start Date: 13th April (after the Easter holidays)
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Southampton who are seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their nursery provision on a part-time basis (3–4 days per week).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic early years professional who is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging environment where young children can develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.
The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated Early Years team, supporting children in their first stages of education and helping them to flourish socially, emotionally and academically.
The Role

Supporting the learning and development of children within the nursery setting
-
Delivering engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
-
Encouraging exploration, creativity and independent learning through play
-
Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents
-
Contributing to observations and assessments to support each child’s development
The Ideal Candidate
-
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
-
Has experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
-
Demonstrates patience, warmth and a genuine passion for early childhood development
-
Works well as part of a team and shows initiative in supporting children’s learning
-
Has a positive and proactive approach in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
