Job Duties:
The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will be responsible for:
- Planning and implementing activities to meet the developmental needs of children
- Observing and assessing children's progress
- Working closely with parents and other staff members
- Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Required Qualifications:
Must hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and have previous teaching experience.
Education:
Educated to Level 3 Early Years Educator standard
Experience:
Previous teaching experience is essential
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong behavioural skills, excellent time management, and effective communication skills are required
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications in early childhood education or related fields are desirable
Working Conditions:
The role involves working full-time hours in an educational setting in Sleugh, South East England. The practitioner may need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
