Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Bury
A large primary school located in Bury (BL9) is currently looking to appoint a teaching assistant to support in the Year 6 class, helping to support the class as they prepare for their SATs exams throughout the year. As this is an essential year for the Year 6 pupils, the Head teacher is looking for a teaching assistant with previous experience working in Key Stage 2.
The Head teacher is looking for a nurturing and energetic teaching assistant to join the Key Stage 2 team and support pupils in the class room and leading interventions to raise attainment academically.
A successful candidate should:
- Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Have a create approach to learning
- Be a good communicator and work well as part of a team
This Bury based primary school has previously been graded 'Good' by Ofsted. The school works closely with all of its pupils and staff to create a positive learning environment and it has strong links with the community. The school has a warm and welcoming family ethos as pushes all children to reach their full potential.
