Learning Support Practitioner – Secondary School

Northampton | Full-Time | Term Time Only

We are looking for a Learning Support Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive secondary school in Northampton. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them to build confidence, engage with learning, and achieve their potential.

The role will involve:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities.
• Working with pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting an inclusive learning environment.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people (school experience is beneficial but not essential).
• Is patient, reliable, and enthusiastic.
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team.
