A thriving primary school in the Feltham area is looking for an exceptional Learning Support Practitioner to join their team and make a genuine difference to pupils across KS2.

This is more than a classroom support role. It's an opportunity to help children build confidence, overcome barriers to learning and achieve things they never thought possible.

Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you'll provide targeted support for individuals and small groups, deliver interventions, and help create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children within KS2
• Builds positive, meaningful relationships with pupils and staff
• Understands how to adapt learning for individual needs, including SEND
• Is confident delivering interventions and supporting classroom learning
• Promotes positive behaviour and high expectations
• Is proactive, organised and able to use their own initiative
• Works collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
• Is passionate about helping children succeed
