Teaching Personnel is pleased to be recruiting for Learning Support Assistants for an Ofsted 'Outstanding' graded school in the Warrington area that caters for pupils aged 2-19 with moderate or severe learning difficulties. The school has been described as Outstanding due to its talented team and leadership whose drive and determination for progress is evident throughout the classes of the school. The behaviour of the pupils is excellent with pupils sharing their ideas with each and staff effectively which in turn promotes quicker and more engaging learning. This is then supplemented through fantastic teaching that the pupils feel is suited them and that they enjoy thoroughly. If you feel you could be the person to join this team you should:

• Have a calm and patient personality
• Be committed and dedicated to the role
• Have experience/willing to be trained in SEN
