Your Role
As an LSA, you will be the backbone of classroom support, ensuring that every student has the tools they need to succeed. Your daily impact will include:
- Individual Support: Working 1-on-1 with students to overcome learning barriers.
- Empowerment: Helping young people reach their full potential through tailored guidance.
- Collaboration: Working alongside teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
