 As you will be fully aware, with the current School situation as it is we could have a situation where School will require extra support when reopening due to staff numbers and extra children require support to catch up on missed time at School which is why during this period we will be working to bolster our candidate pool for when the time comes.

Experienced LSA?

Had 1-1 support experience?

Energetic Active lifestyle?

 We are looking to recruit an experienced LSA who is local to the Andover area. The Schools in the area have mixed ability children due to the backgrounds of the families, where they may be transit due to being an Army Family.

With this comes certain criteria we are looking for, this includes;

• Autism Awareness
• Speech & Language Skills
• Team Teach trained (Desirable)
