Learning Support Assistant

This school’s philosophy is focussed on ‘holistic, inclusive, aspirational and progressive’ principles. This is a DfE registered independent school for pupils of both genders aged 6-19 with SEMH and other complex needs. Each student receives their own intervention plan alongside a personalised curriculum to create a supportive environment and help meet the needs of the child.

An ideal candidate will not only understand SEMH as well as other Special Educational Needs. Alongside this, we would expect a highly positive attitude with a willingness to learn. The role itself consists of mentoring the learning for children, either 1:1 or in small groups.
