Salary: £57-65 Per Day

The Governors of an OFSTED rated 'Good' school in Patchway are seeking to appoint an excellent, energetic and motivated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a fantastic team and support learning and teaching. This school require an excellent Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in one of the Key Stage 1 classes. This role would be perfect for a flexible, enthusiastic professional who feels confident to work with children. The ideal candidate would be able to deliver high quality support and communicate very effectively with children, colleagues and families. The school are keen to appoint someone who is committed to making a difference within the school community and is determined and aspirational for all children's learning.

The ideal candidate:

• Confident in supporting early English including phonics and early maths
• Be able to work effectively with direction from the class Teacher as well as being able to show initiative
• Be proactive in working with the Teacher and the daily lesson plans
• This role would also involve working with children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups so any experience supporting disengaged children, children who are achieving below expected levels and children with special needs is desired.
