We provide high-quality education for pupils aged 4–19 with a range of complex learning difficulties, including autism and sensory needs. We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team.
What you’ll do:
- Support pupils’ learning and personal development under the guidance of class teachers and therapists.
- Help deliver tailored learning activities that meet individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets.
- Foster independence, confidence, and communication skills through patient and creative support.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure every child’s needs are met.
- Promote a positive, nurturing, and safe learning environment.
About you:
- You are patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education.
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable, but not essential if you have supported adults with special educational needs.
- Comfortable with personal care.
- You bring enthusiasm, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting every learner.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
