We provide high-quality education for pupils aged 4–19 with a range of complex learning difficulties, including autism and sensory needs. We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team.

What you’ll do:

About you:

  • You are patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education.
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable, but not essential if you have supported adults with special educational needs.
  • Comfortable with personal care.
  • You bring enthusiasm, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting every learner.

What we offer:

  • A welcoming and supportive team environment.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • The chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and young people.
  • A rewarding role where no two days are ever the same.

If you believe that every child deserves the chance to succeed — and you’re ready to help make that happen — we’d love to hear from you.
