Your Role in the Classroom:

• Work closely with students to support their individual learning needs.
• Help create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure all children have the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally.
• Encourage confidence and build lasting, positive relationships with students.

Who We're Looking For:

• Someone who is enthusiastic, kind-hearted, and eager to make a positive impact on young learners.
• Previous experience in education or child support is a plus, but not essential
• A great communicator who can work effectively with both students and the teaching team.
• A genuine desire to support children in overcoming learning challenges and watching them grow.
