Teaching Personnel are looking for a kind, caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partnership schools for the new academic year.
In this role you will:
- Support children with additional needs such as Autism, PMLD, and SLD.
- Support the class teacher in the everyday running of the classroom.
- Assist in elements of personal care and some cases of challenging behavior.
- Create a safe and fun learning environment for the children.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience working with children with SEN in an educational or care setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Good enthusiasm and a proactive approach
The school is based in the South Manchester area and is easily accessible by car and public transport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
