Experienced Learning Support Assistants – Slough, Windsor & Maidenhead
Are you passionate about helping young people reach their full potential?
We’re looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our dedicated teams across mainstream secondary schools in Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students both 1:1 and in small group settings, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs.

Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to deliver individualised strategies.

Encourage positive behaviour and promote inclusion in the classroom.

Assist with learning activities, classroom organisation and student progress monitoring.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.

A positive, patient and proactive approach to supporting learning.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for making a difference in young people’s lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
