Pay Rate: £77 - £85 per day
Your Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with a range of learning needs, ensuring they have equal access to education and opportunities for success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with teachers to implement tailored learning plans
- Assisting individual students or small groups with their academic and personal development
- Providing guidance and encouragement to boost students' confidence and self-esteem
