Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 (Paid to Scale)

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive educational setting in Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEN needs

Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support individual learners

Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals

Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
-
Experience working with SEN pupils (desirable but not essential)

A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
