What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher with lessons and daily activities

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with ALN (Additional Learning Needs)

• Delivering targeted interventions to support academic progress

• Creating a positive, safe and engaging learning environment

• Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of resources

• A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development

• Experience with ALN is helpful but not essential

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
