Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Teaching Personnel is working closely with welcoming schools in Newbury to recruit Learning Support Assistants who are passionate about helping children thrive. You’ll support pupils either 1:1 or in small groups, helping them overcome barriers to learning and build confidence in the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting students with additional learning needs

Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons

Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
What we’re looking for:

A patient, caring, and proactive attitude

Experience with children or young people (school-based preferred, not essential)

A genuine passion for education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
