Teaching Personnel is recruiting dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in the Newbury area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development while gaining experience in a variety of school settings.
Pay starting at £90 per day
The Role:
-
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
-
Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
-
Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND
-
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
-
Adapt to different schools and classroom routines
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)

A caring, patient, and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
