Learning Support Assistant

Teaching personnel is the UK's leading education recruitment agency and we are looking for Learning Support Assistants for Primary/Secondary and SEN schools in Gillingham, Kent.

Learning Support Assistants work with children who have physical disabilities/mild to severe Learning Disabilities/Autism/ADHD/Dyslexia/Dyspraxia/complex social and emotional needs and mental health issues.

You do not need to have had previous experience to apply for this role, but prior experience working with children in a nursery setting or as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be advantageous.

We have full and part time roles available and we have long term and short term placements.  There is also a possibility of going permanent at your favourite school!

The shifts will be approx: Monday- Friday Time: 08:30-15:30

The ideal candidates will have lots of patience, be proactive, engaging and have positive persona!

Qualifications needed-Minimum would be GCSE's in English and Maths

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
