Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School (Fareham)
Are you passionate about helping young people achieve their potential? Teaching Personnel are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Fareham area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience and make a real difference to pupils who require additional support.
Role Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support to students with a range of learning needs.

Work alongside teachers to deliver targeted interventions and differentiated support.

Encourage pupils to engage positively with learning and develop independence.

Support students’ social, emotional and behavioural development.
-
Help create an inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
This role is ideal for:

Experienced Teaching Assistants or Learning Mentors.

Graduates looking to gain SEN or classroom experience before pursuing teacher training, psychology, or education careers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
