Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Fareham
We are seeking caring and committed Learning Support Assistants to join our welcoming school teams in Fareham. This is a rewarding opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential.
Role Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support within the classroom
-
Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEN, social, emotional, or behavioural support
-
Support teachers with learning activities and behaviour management
-
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
-
Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence, and active participation in learning
Who We Are Looking For:

Calm, patient, and nurturing in your approach

Experience working with children (school or educational setting preferred)

Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practices
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
