We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly secondary school in Daventry. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a real impact on students’ lives every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting students with additional learning needs in the classroom

Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support
-
Helping students build confidence, independence, and resilience

Working closely with teachers and the SEND team

Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
