Learning Support Assistant Opportunity – Start October 2025 | £89+ per day | Cwmbran
Location: Cwmbran (Supportive & Inclusive Primary School)
Start Date: October 2025
Pay: From £89 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract Type: Term-Time Only

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Cwmbran is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team this October. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about education — whether you’re just starting out or already have classroom experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the class teacher with lessons and daily activities
-
Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs)
-
Delivering targeted interventions to boost learning progress
-
Encouraging a positive, safe and engaging learning environment

Helping with classroom organisation and resources

Experience with ALN is an advantage but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
