A welcoming and supportive primary school in Cwmbran is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their team this October. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about education — whether you’re just starting out or already have classroom experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher with lessons and daily activities

• Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs)

• Delivering targeted interventions to boost learning progress

• Encouraging a positive, safe and engaging learning environment

• Helping with classroom organisation and resources

• Enthusiastic, caring and dedicated individuals

• A genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development

• Experience with ALN is an advantage but not essential

• Great communication and teamwork skills
